Creation of over 250 drawings to describe the interventions aimed at reducing losses in the drinking water distribution networks of the Province of Viterbo, including the digitalisation, modeling and monitoring of the aqueducts, the geolocation of the meters and the definition of the different districts as service areas for the extraordinary maintenance of the networks of the municipalities falling within the ATO. 1 Northern Lazio Viterbo managed by the company Talete S.p.A. The project presented on 16/05/2022 in response to the MIMS public notice on the resources of the PNRR in synergistic unity of purpose between Talete S.p.A. and the EGATO of Viterbo (ex A.T.O. 1).

The primary objective is to combat the phenomenon of water leaks in the distribution networks through a series of interventions aimed at achieving an improvement in the current situation, in line with European standards. Various interventions have been planned, from the reconstruction and replacement of sections of pipeline, to the installation of latest generation meters, in a framework of environmental sustainability and reduction of water losses.
